their father is an atheist jew. He says he hopes that his daughters decision to become religious and wear hijab is just a phase but that as a father he can't blame them for wanting to be modest.. Alma (white hijab) says that practicing islam made her a better person because she used to be a troublemaker, who got often into fights, resulting in having her nose broken thrice. Her father and sister confirmed she used to have a bad temper.
